Head of HR & Recruitment – Colonel (Retired) Jeffrey Howard Cranmer MSc (Distinction) HRM, FILM, Chartered MCIPD
Jeff has extensive experience as a leader, manager and human resource specialist with well over 30 years’ experience within the domains of defense, logistics and oil & gas. His Army career spanning 28 years saw him command at squadron and regimental level, in numerous operational theaters around the World. Having retired from the British Army, he took up employment as the HR Director for an oil services company operating out of Libya during a period of considerable upheaval and insecurity. More recently he has established himself as a management consultant and is currently working with Business Aviation Services Limited (BizAv) as their Head of Human Resources. He has a real passion for people management and in particular recruitment. He is a family man and despite his age is still an active sportsman.
Jeff is ably supported by a team of highly qualified, experienced and motivated individuals. These individuals are all professionally qualified, from a wide professional base. This provides us with the technical knowledge and experience to recruit and manage select candidates not only for the aviation sector but for many other sectors beside.
