Automated Decision-Making used by BizAv Recruitment Services

The personal data you have provided us with in the Agreement/Registration Form will be subject to decisions concerning you taken by automated means. These decisions concerning you (which possibly also include profiling) will be used to match criteria being looked for by a prospective employer.


Should the criteria match, your registration for external employment will be shortlisted.


Should the criteria not match, the registration will not be shortlisted but will be retained for future employers and be re-examined again (for as long as we are authorised to do so on your behalf). See the ‘WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR (PURPOSE OF PROCESSING)’ section in our Privacy Policy for more information on the legal basis/es for doing so.


By ticking the box below, you hereby provide your explicit consent for BizAv Recruitment Services to carry out automated decision-making, as described above and in our Privacy Policy. Should you not provide such consent (or subsequently withdraw it), the services we provide may be limited. Without your explicit consent to rely on automated decision-making, we will still be able to provide you with our recruitment services, however we will no longer be able to guarantee the efficiency of the process and it may take longer to find you a suitable position as a result.
